200g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
30 wonton wrappers
Water for boiling
Oil for greasing
Directions

Finely chop the prawns and mix with ginger, garlic, spring onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper.
Place a small spoonful of the prawn mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold in half to form a triangle, and press edges to seal. For added flair, bring the two opposite corners together and press.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and lightly grease with oil to prevent sticking. Boil the wontons in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface and are fully cooked.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
