Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar until it's golden. Carefully pour the hot sugar into a round baking dish, swirling to coat the bottom of the dish.
In a blender, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish over the caramelized sugar.
Place the baking dish in a larger pan and add hot water to the outer pan to a depth of about an inch.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan, and invert onto a plate. Enjoy!
