1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating just until blended.
Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
Pour over crust.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer.
Refrigerate overnight.
